Burlington Is One Town Over
Burlington shares a border with Billerica on the south side. We cross Route 3A or Middlesex Turnpike and we are there. Most Burlington addresses are under fifteen minutes from our base.
That means:
- Next-day delivery is the default
- Same-day is available if you call before noon on a weekday
- We know the neighborhoods. The developments off Winn Street, the lots along Cambridge Street, the tighter streets near the Burlington Mall area — we have delivered to all of them

What Size Fits Your Job
15-yard ($350 flat)
Holds about 4 pickup-truck loads, stacked level. Good for:
- A kitchen or bathroom renovation
- A garage or basement cleanout
- A roofing job up to about 25 squares of shingles (check the weight cap)
- A flooring tearout — hardwood, tile, or carpet from one or two rooms
20-yard ($400 flat)
Twice the floor space of the 15, same wall height. The most popular residential size in Burlington. Good for:
- A whole-house declutter before listing or moving
- A two-room renovation
- A deck or shed teardown
- An estate cleanout — Burlington has a lot of 1960s–1980s colonials that are turning over, and decades of accumulation fills a bin fast
Not sure which one? Call us. We will tell you honestly. We have talked customers down from a 20 to a 15 more than once.

The Burlington Layout
Burlington has a mix of housing stock — ranches and split-levels from the 1960s along Route 3A, newer developments off Route 62 and Winn Street, and larger colonials in the residential interior. Driveway access varies a lot.
A few things that come up:
Winn Street and Cambridge Street corridors. Traffic is heavier here and street parking is tighter. If your driveway does not have room for a 20-yard, we can usually find a spot, but we will tell you upfront if the 15 is the safer call.
Mall-area congestion. If you are near the Burlington Mall or the Middlesex Turnpike commercial strip, weekday deliveries work better before 9 AM or after 3 PM to avoid traffic delays. We will schedule around it.
Newer developments. The post-2000 builds off Route 62 tend to have wider driveways and better access. A 20-yard usually fits without issue.

The Price — Plain and Simple
| Size | Flat price | Days | Weight |
|------|-----------|------|--------|
| 15-yard | $350 | 7 | 4 tons |
| 20-yard | $400 | 7 | 6 tons |
Extra days: $15/day after day 7. We tell you this before the bin lands, not on the invoice.
Weight overage: Charged at the transfer station rate per ton over the included allowance. Most household cleanouts do not hit the cap. Concrete, dirt, brick, and shingles do. Tell us what you are tossing and we will flag it.
No hidden fees. No fuel surcharge, no environmental fee, no "delivery zone" markup. A national hauler advertising "$299" will add $100–$150 in fees you did not budget for. Our $350 stays $350.

When a Dumpster Is Overkill
We will tell you this on the phone if it fits:
- One or two bulky items. A sofa, a mattress, a broken washer — a junk-removal pickup is cheaper. We do that too.
- Mostly scrap metal. Copper, brass, aluminum, steel — a scrap yard pays you for that. A dumpster costs you.
- Your regular hauler takes bulk. If your trash service does scheduled bulk pickups, use that first. Save the bin for what they refuse.
