Keith McDonald
Owner & Founder
Keith McDonald grew up in Billerica and has spent over 20 years driving routes across Middlesex County. Before founding McDumpsters in 2025, Keith worked in logistics and waste management throughout the Merrimack Valley. He knows every back road from Nutting Lake to the Lowell Connector, every tight driveway in North Billerica, and every transfer station from Billerica to Covanta SEMASS. Keith personally oversees every delivery and handles most customer calls himself.
Michelle McDonald
Co-Owner
Michelle McDonald manages business operations, scheduling, and customer communications for McDumpsters. A longtime Billerica resident, Michelle ensures every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. She coordinates delivery schedules across all 13 service towns and makes sure no detail falls through the cracks. Marisa McDonald
Co-Owner
Marisa McDonald handles marketing, digital presence, and community outreach for McDumpsters. Growing up in Billerica, she saw firsthand how national waste companies treated local homeowners — hidden fees, missed pickups, and zero accountability. Marisa helped build McDumpsters from the ground up to be the transparent, neighbor-first alternative that Middlesex County deserves.
