Contractor Dumpster Rental: Job Site Roll-Offs in Middlesex County - McDumpsters

If you are a contractor running a renovation, a roofing tear-off, or a full gut job, you already know the debris pile grows faster than the schedule allows. A roll-off dumpster on the job site is not a luxury — it is how the job stays on track. McDumpsters provides contractor dumpster rental across 13 towns in Middlesex County, with same-day delivery from our yard in Billerica and swap-outs when the bin is full.

What Contractors Get With McDumpsters

We are not a national call center dispatching a driver who has never seen your street. We are a family operation based in Billerica. Keith drops the bin. Keith knows which 20-yard will not make the turn onto your street. That matters when your timeline is measured in days, not weeks.

What is included in every contractor rental:

  • Delivery and pickup — flat rate, no trip fees
  • 7-day rental period (extensions at $15/day)
  • Weight included in the base price — we tell you the cap up front
  • Swap-out service — full bin out, empty bin in, same day when we can
  • No fuel surcharges, no environmental fees, no surprise line items

Dumpster Sizes for Job Sites

| Size | Base Price | Best For |

|------|-----------|----------|

| 15-yard | $350 | Kitchen gut, bathroom reno, single-room demo |

| 20-yard | $400 | Whole-house cleanout, roofing tear-off (up to 30 squares), mid-size reno |

| 30-yard | $600 | Full demo, large addition, commercial buildout |

Those are the real numbers. Not "starting at." Not "call for quote." The base covers delivery, the rental period, and pickup. Weight charges apply above the included tonnage — we tell you the cap when you book so there is no surprise on the invoice.

How the Weight Cap Works

This is where national haulers make their money. They advertise a low base rate, then charge $65 to $100 per ton over a cap that they do not explain clearly. We spell it out:

  • 15-yard: weight cap included in the $350 base — enough for most kitchen and bathroom debris
  • 20-yard: weight cap included in the $400 base — handles standard renovation waste, roofing shingles push it
  • Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, shingles): these hit the weight cap fast. A 20-yard of shingles can be over the cap at half-full. Tell us what you are loading so we can spec the right tonnage or recommend a separate heavy-debris bin.

If you are loading standard renovation debris — drywall, framing lumber, flooring, fixtures — the included tonnage covers it. If you are loading concrete or roofing, we will quote the heavy-material rate up front so you know the real number.

Same-Day Swap-Outs

Contractors cannot afford to wait three days for a bin swap. When the dumpster is full, you call us, and we swap it — same day when we can, next day guaranteed. We prioritize contractor accounts because we know a full bin sitting on the job site is a crew standing around.

Most of our contractor customers book their first bin for Monday and plan the swap for Wednesday or Thursday. That keeps the debris moving and the site clean without over-ordering a bigger bin than the job needs.

Ongoing Accounts for Contractors

If you run multiple jobs per year, we set up a contractor account. No contracts, no minimums — just a phone number that gets answered first and a rate that does not change. You call, we drop. You call, we swap. At the end of the month, you get one invoice.

We have contractors who have been calling us for every job since we opened. The reason is simple: we show up when we say we will, the price is what we quoted, and the bin is where we said it would be. That should not be rare, but it is.

When You Do Not Need Us

Small jobs with one truckload of debris. If you have a pickup and a dump run is practical, the transfer-station fee is cheaper than a rental. We will tell you that.

Jobs where the homeowner is renting the dumpster. If the homeowner booked the bin, let them handle it. Your job is the build, not the waste management.

Heavy-only loads (concrete, dirt, brick). We can do it, but a dedicated heavy-debris bin with the right tonnage cap is the honest call. We will spec it correctly instead of pretending a standard rental covers 6 tons of concrete.

Towns We Serve

McDumpsters delivers roll-off dumpsters to 13 towns in Middlesex County:

Core (under 10 minutes): Billerica (home base), Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Wilmington, Burlington, Bedford

Extended (10–20 minutes): Lowell, Carlisle, Dracut, Westford, Andover, Woburn, Lexington

Every delivery is a driver who knows the town — the tight streets, the weight-restricted bridges, the neighborhoods where a 30-yard will not fit. We have delivered to job sites in all 13 towns. If we have not been on your street yet, we have been on the one next to it.

Book a Contractor Dumpster

Call (978) 375-2272. Tell us the job, the materials, and the timeline. We will recommend the right size, tell you the weight cap, and drop the bin when you need it. If a smaller bin saves you money, we will say so. If you need a swap-out mid-week, we will put it on the schedule.

No call center. No hidden fees. No surprises. Just a bin on the site and a driver who knows your street.
